I had a great stay at this accommodation in Hel. The location was perfect, with the supermarket and beach nearby. The apartment was spacious and suitable for a family. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that the hostel was dog-friendly as well.

Very friendly staff, good location! Cheap and cheerful, do not expect 5 star standards, but you get more than you pay for! Would definiey go back, has that communist twist!

No toilet in the room, but bathrooms are very clean and never a queue for the shower!

For this money I think it was very well worth staying for one night. For longer period would possibly long for at least private toilet, but as said; good value for current price level. Close to all services; railway station and all the restaurants.

Sound proofing not top level, after first people start using the shared toilets and baths in the morning - no more sleep. But would still use this hotel again, not such huge issue for us.

I recently stayed at the apartment complex in Hel and had a great experience. The apartment itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would recommend this hotel 100% just 50 foot away from the train station in a silent area,close to town and 5 minutes far from the beach,same distance to all the nice Restaurants!The Hotel was really nice and clean very helpful staffs..we Loved everything about the place....i would go back if i get the chance :) Thank you.

Great location, close to supermarkets, harbour, bars, restaurants, and ice cream. Delicious frytski from nearby hut. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room with plenty of space for belongings. Short walk to Puck Bay and a manageable walk to the Baltic Sea.

I would recomend this hotel as a fairly priced basic accomodation for a short trip to the seaside, especially off-season. The location is great, just opposite the railway station and within walking distance (ca.10 min.) from the harbor. There is a well supplied discounter just round the corner, which somehow compensates for the lack of breakfast on site.

The location (close to the rail station), quiet, simple, but clean rooms.

We went on a off-peak perod and as we were the only guests, there was no hot water, only less cold water to shower.

Friendly and Helpful Receptionist

During my recent stay at the hotel in Hel, I had a wonderful experience with the receptionist. Despite the language barrier, he made an effort to communicate with me in a basic foreign language. His friendly and welcoming attitude made me feel at ease right from the start.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the noise from the train station and the need for self-making beds, I appreciated the overall value for the price. The hotel provided free parking and clean towels, making it a budget-friendly option for a stay in Hel.

Beds were very comfortable. Staff was helpful despite a language barrier.

Location is directly opposite the rail station, so there is occasional noise -- but we did not find it a distraction. The room is not serviced or tidied during the stay.

My children wanted the kitchenettes to be equipped with utensils and cooking supplies, as it would have made it easier for us to prepare meals together as a family. Having these amenities would have added convenience and made our stay even more enjoyable.
